Youth unemployment remains one of the major development concerns, especially among rural and marginalized communities.

Many households lack sustainable income sources and are highly vulnerable to economic shocks, climate change, disease outbreaks, and food insecurity. Women and children are disproportionately affected by poverty and social exclusion.
Additionally, limited community development structures and inadequate social services continue to hinder local development in many districts.

Without strategic interventions and donor support, vulnerable populations risk remaining trapped in cycles of poverty, illiteracy, unemployment, and dependency.
